What’s Included in a Summary?
Each summary contains the customer's contact information and a brief conversation overview. If the customer did not provide contact information during the call, the system will use the phone number from the call. However, this information will not be available if the call was made using a hidden number.
Delivery of Summaries
You will receive these summaries within 10 minutes of the call ending, either via email or synced directly to your CRM. This will ensure that you have timely access to key insights, allowing you to follow up promptly and effectively.
